Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify potential customers, engage in cold calling, networking, and research to generate leads, and convert them into qualified prospects.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services and how they address customer needs.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs effectively.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals successfully. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and overcome objections to secure sales.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. Drive sales performance by developing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze sales data and trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and be able to communicate their value proposition effectively to customers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update customer information and sales activities.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall professional growth

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
